Norval Barclay

Norval has been playing live music in and around Scotland for over 7 years now. As well as going solo Norval is usually found playing with one of his friends, so to speak. As an acoustic duo, Norval is usually playing live with either Ali Ferguson under the guise of 'Norvali' or Adam Morris under the name 'Freight'. The material of both duos is largely acoustic based covers from all eras based on the age and likes of the audience.

Recently Norval has been out playing with Ian McDonald of the Chili Dogs playing good old American roots music, a bit of country and a bit of the blues.

Jim Kelly

Jim has worked with barclay's beats as long as we can remember. Playing in pubs and clubs around Scotland Jim is is local legend. Playing guitar and singing with backing from the latest digital technology, Jim plays great tunes from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Recently Jim has been making regular trips to sunnier climates and is regularly performing in Spain.

Jim is also available as a compare or comedian for your next event.

Stevie Agnew Band

If you've yet to see these boys play you need to try and catch them. Still playing the Blind Poet in Edinburgh every Wednesday (now for over 100 years) this band are in high demand. Catch them while you can!

Havana Swing

The band Havana Swing were formed in 1986 and they have a mutual admiration for Django Reinhardt, Jazz and Swing music generally. The band originally described their music as 'having a swing', and that together with one band members love of Cuban cigars gave rise to the band name 'Havana Swing'.
